Who won the duel between Texas and Dubrovnik kitchen?

The Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel 5 * held a unique culinary duel. Two cooks, Executive Chef of Valamar Dubrovnik, President Joseph Sedić and famous American chef Chris Williams astonished with their skills and perfect delicacies. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the pleasant ambience of the restaurant on the beach while watching a beautiful sunset and eating the irresistible specialties. Sedić prepared fresh and spicy seafood menu of three courses while American guest presented his Texas meat menu, also in three courses.
The two chefs commented the process and exchanged ideas while the guests enjoyed their cooking show and, of course, all those delicacies that the two culinary virtuosos prepared.
