This year in particular, the majority of our islands have proven themselves to be a real magnet for a large number of celebrities, with the famous ‘Smile’ hitmaker, Lily Allen, being no exception. Allen shared numerous photographs via Instagram, showing her salt-soaked vacation on some of the stunning islands in the Dubrovnik region.
The BRIT Award winner started her holiday visiting the lovely Island of Šipan. Shortly after, she explored the breath-taking National park on the Island of Mljet, also known as the Ulysses’ Island for the fascinating legends that bond the epic ancient hero to Mljet, one of the biggest islands in Dubrovnik’s vicinity. Allen continued her Adriatic sail to the gorgeous Island of Lastovo, sharing heart-warming photos with her daughter in one of Croatia’s most beautiful Nature parks.
The 35-year old former singer became a notable name in the music world after releasing her debut album ‘Alright, Still’, breaking the charts with her single ‘Smile’. Ever since 2009, she had retired from the music industry and filmed 2 seasons her own TV show ‘Lily Allen and friends’ produced by BBC.
