As the first candle of hope shines on the Advent wreath in front of the Rector’s Palace, the Christmas fairytale in Dubrovnik had officially begun. The historic core bathes in the light of various light elements, glowing Christmas balls and beautifully decorated Christmas trees. A special attraction, new as of this year, is the photo point on Luža, which has already attracted many curious citizens who took pictures with the best backdrop you can imagine.
The Park of Lujo Šoletić in Gruž, is traditionally the youngest ones’ greatest joy. The park hides many adorable surprises, including the deliciously decorated house of Hansel and Gretel. At the entrance to Lapad Bay fun Christmas sleds await all those who wish to “ride” with the glowing reindeers, while the whole promenade of the Bay shines in all the colours of Christmas.
