If you look towards Lokrum, in a variety of vessels anchored in front and around it, you will notice an unusual and impressive 42 meters long yacht called ‘Ocean Pearl’.
It’s a yacht that was launched just a few years ago. A masterpiece of Lord Norman Foster, an architect most famous for the Beijing airport.
It’s a luxurious modern superyacht which can accommodate up to 12 passengers, and the passenger cabins remind us of big hotel suites rather than the ship’s cabins. In the winter, Ocean Pearl sails through the Bahamas and the Caribbean, and in the summer in the Mediterranean, always under the flag of Great Britain.
