For the third year running Croatian cellist Ana Rucner will bring her festival ‘Ana In The City’ to Dubrovnik. Over three days people will have the opportunity to see the famous cellist perform across the city in various locations.
Ana will celebrate the summer solstice on June 21st with a unique concert on top of Srd hill at 5 am. Visitors will watch the sun rise over the city while enjoying Ana perform accompanied by pianist Andrijana Sesar. The concert is a gift to the City of Dubrovnik and its guests and is truly not to be missed.
Saturday the 22nd June sees Ana perform with children from Dubrovnik’s children’s home, Maslina, at the Rector’s Palace. The concert which begins at 9 pm, titled My Five Minutes, will see the children perform music and drama pieces alongside Ana. Tickets cost just 50 HRK with all proceeds going to the children’s home.
The final concert of the festival will be held at Dubrovnik Cathedral during Sunday mass at 10 am.
