Croatia Records 255 New Covid-19 Cases in the Last 24 Hours, 8 Being in Dubrovnik-Neretva County

There have been 255 new recorded COVID-19 cases in Croatia in the last 24 hours with 127 people remaining hospitalized.

In the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, 8 new cases of infection have been recorded in the last 24 hours. Among the infected people are a man and a woman from Zagreb who are currently residing in the municipality of Slivno, one male citizen from Konavle, Opuzen and Dubrovnik, and one from Kula Norinska who is residing in Dubrovnik.

Also, an elderly man from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently in Dubrovnik, was also found to have coronavirus, as well as one woman from Župa Dubrovačka. Four people were found to have been infected outside our county, while for the rest the epidemiological link is yet to be determined.

Only 1 COVID-19 positive person was hospitalized in OB Dubrovnik with 345 people remaining in self-isolation.

The Civil Protection Headquarters of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County continues to encourage their citizens to obey by all prescribed measures by the Croatian Institute for public health and the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia.

Since February 25th there have been a total of 7.329 people infected with coronavirus in Croatia, with 1.689 remaining active.
