The preparations for the sixth edition of the Aklapela festival are well underway, writes Dubrovnik Tourist Board, and this amazing festival will take place from April 28 – 30, for the sixth time! Programme of this year’s Aklapela with all the participants will be released soon. This festival fosters traditional a cappella singing, which has been recognized by UNESCO as the world intangible cultural heritage, and this year’s participants come from all around Croatia to perform under the direction of maestro Joško Čaleta.
