[DUBROVNIK FESTA 2023] Long live love!

After two pandemic years marked by various restrictive measures and restrictions on cultural events, Festa 2023 Dubrovnik returns to its traditional programme scope, with a larger number of performers eagerly awaiting performances at this year’s Festa, to the delight of the Dubrovnik audience!

The program of the 22nd Festa Dubrovnik begins with the presentation of Tomislav Kuljiš’s book ‘O tempora, o more-res!’, a collection of short stories published by the Society of Dubrovnik Writers, which will be held on Monday, January 23 at 7 p.m. in he National Library Grad (Saloča od zrcala), followed by the opening of the exhibition in honor to our patron saint, St. Blaise, named ‘St. Blaise and the Sea’. This event will be held on Tuesday, January 24 at 7:30 p.m. in cooperation with the MOMA Dubrovnik, the Marin Držić Theater, the Marin Držić House and Croatian expat Dubrovnik in the lobby of the Marin Držić Theater.

Wine Festival workshop in cooperation with DEŠA Association, Tourism and Hospitality School Dubrovnik and the Tourist Board of the City of Dubrovnik will be held on Wednesday, January 25 at 11 a.m. in the Mimoza restaurant.

The traditional Festa od klapa will take place on Thursday, January 26 at 8 p.m. in the Marin Držić Theater. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office of the Marin Držić Theater or online.

Divas in St. Blaise church, concert in cooperation with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra will be held on Friday, January 27 at 7 p.m. in the church of St. Blaise. Diana Hilje, Jelena Štefanić, Laura Hladilo, Sara Žuvela and Elizabeta Valentina Šilje will perform accompanied by pianist Stefani Grbić.

Goran Karan’s big gala concert ‘Živila nam ljubav’ with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra and guest soprano Sara Žuvela will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 8 p.m. in the Marin Držić Theater. Wine Festival, in the cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, will be held at Kandelora, on February 2nd, from 11 am @ Gradska kavana.

The humanitarian purpose of the twenty-second FESTA DUBROVNIK is aimed at the restoration of the church of St. Blaise.
