Tuesday night was a sleepless one for many people in Dubrovnik due to a rain storm that drenched the city. People were left in shock at how much rain fell in such a short space of time with the Old Town’s streets flooded leaving no option for those not wearing wellies other than to go barefoot. Lightning and thunder struck at regular intervals waking people from their sleep. Our pictures show an old summer residence in Rozat, just outside of Dubrovnik, flooded. Thankfully the bad weather didn’t stay too long with the sun appearing on Wednesday afternoon.
