The 64th Dubrovnik Summer Festival is officially open, the keys to the city now belong to the artists for the next 47 days. The glittering opening ceremony was attended by Croatian President, Ivo Josipovic as well as a host of other dignitaries both state and foreign. Croatian pop diva Nina Badric performed a small set following the ceremony outside the Church of St. Blaise much to the delight of all those who didn’t have a ticket for the main event.
