Dubrovnik institutions and Gulliver Travel have arranged Eltham College Choir and Orchestra performances during their stay in Dubrovnik from July 12 to July 19 as per the following programme:
14th July at 9 pm Rector’s Palace – Dubrovnik Summer Festival
15th July at 8 pm Dominican Church
17th July at 9.30 pm Summer Stage in Cavtat – Konavle Tourist Board
Eltham Collge Choir and Orchestra have performed at many prestigious venues including Royal Albert Hall, London, St Mark’s Basilica, Venice, St Paul’s Cathedral, London, The Barbican, London. They have also performed with: London Symphony Orchestra, Gergiev and the Mariinsky Theatre, English National Opera, Royal Opera…
In Dubrovnik they will perform popular tunes like Blue Moon, Under the Boardwalk, O Marijana, and pieces by Monteverdi, Stanford, Rachmaninov, Bruckner, Biebl, Faure and many others. Conductors are Laura Oldfield and Kieran Hughes.
Entrance is free and all are welcome.
