Former spokesperson of the International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague, Florence Hartmann, is spending her summer in Dubrovnik. On Monday evening she and her friend sipped their drinks in the popular Festival Cafe. The French journalist and writer’s vacation in Croatia was not announced; therefore her non-protocol visit to Dubrovnik went almost unnoticed.
– I adore Dubrovnik, that is why you can take photos of me – replied Florence Hartmann to our photographer who interrupted her moments of pleasure in Stradun.
