The celebrations haven’t stopped since the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik marked its 117th birthday recently. For the third time since its opening in 2005, the hotel and its staff are the proud recipients of the Connie award for best Hilton in Europe.
Vlaho Margaretic, PR spokesman for Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik said of the award, ”We’re celebrating for the third time. This award is firstly a result of the exceptional efforts of all of our team members who achieved this result and ensured our reputation as the best Hilton in Europe.”
The Connie awards are an annual event that recognises the best staff and hotels in the Hilton Group Worldwide with this year’s taking place in Dubai. Connies take their name from Hilton founder Conrad Hilton, with the winners decided by guest satisfaction rates. Special focus goes on guest loyalty, quality of service and the condition and cleanliness of the hotel.
