Representatives from Dubrovnik based travel agencies as well as the Dubrovnik Neretva County Tourist Board headed to Luxembourg for the ‘Vakanz’ travel exhibition over the weekend. The annual travel exhibition is open to the general public and presents visitors with new holiday destinations, gastronomy, art and culture from around the world.
Croatian Tourist Board representative in Belgium, Ivan Novak, attended a meeting with Luxair Tours alongside Croatian travel industry reps and Maja Lasic of the Dubrovnik Neretva County Tourist Board. The group discussed the upcoming season and so far successful booking period for the region.
Other news from the exhibition was two Dubrovnik hotels receiving prestigious awards. Hotel Admiral in Slano was recognised as being the best for quality by visitors to the region and Hotel Albatros received the award for best sales. Congratulations to both hotels and their fantastic results!
