Dubrovnik photographer Slavica Gavranić celebrates women in all their situations – hopes, sorrow, happiness…
Through her series of 24 black and white photographs, titled ‘Individuum’, Slavica shows just female state of mind.
Slavica is a professional photographer, engaged in photography from an early age. As she points out, this love is born in elementary school where about a dozen students and her professor made photos in a darkroom. Since then, she moved to France, and turn back to Dubrovnik. Several years ago she started to re-think the photography, studying, learning and finally, she came up to the first solo exhibition – the charity one. All the money goes to Center for rehabilitation Josipovac.
