Laid-Back Nicolas Cage Gladly Poses with Fans in Cavtat Wearing a Pink Leather Jacket

The shooting of the latest film by popular actor Nicolas Cage proceeded to take place in Cavtat after yesterday’s successful filming at the Dubrovnik Art Gallery.

Starting Thursday, the team of the upcoming blockbuster ‘The unbearable weight of massive talent’, in which Cage interprets himself, moved to the streets of this lovely coastal town. Despite the unusual scenes being shoot on set, it was Cage’s distinctive pink leather jacket with colourful applications that attracted the most attention from the locals. Numerous fans couldn’t miss the opportunity for a picture with the prominent Hollywood star, who gladly took the time to pose with his many admirers. Cage’s co-star, famous actor Pedro Pascal, best known for his role as Oberyn Martell in the ‘Game of Thrones’ series, kept him company throughout the filming diligently wearing a protective mask.

The shooting in Cavtat was supposed to take place on Wednesday, but it was postponed due to rainy weather. Hollywood headliners arrived in Dubrovnik last week, which once again solidified Dubrovnik’s place as a world popular filming destination. The first scenes of the new movie took place on Monday morning at Villa Šeherezada. Just a few hours later, part of the team moved to Trsteno, making this the third big filming there after the ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Borgia’ series.
