Nikša Beloč, bartender at the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik won first place in the Monin Cup Croatia 2016, and qualified for the World Championship in Paris.
Although he is only 21, Nikša is already 2.5 years in the business. When asked how he feels as a winner he replied: ‘Great. Unusual. I did not expect to win, because the competition was strong. I’m happy and I’m looking forward to Paris’, adding that the competition was very well organized.
‘Join us and try cocktails champion!’, says the invitation from hotel. Sound like a plan!
