The Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGSS), The Croatian Mountaineering Association, section Sniježnica and The Community of Technical Culture Dubrovnik united forces to rebuilt and upgrade the artificial boulder rock located in the HGSS houseroom in Mokošica, one of Dubrovnik’s neighborhoods.
This news will delight many fans of this sports discipline that is becoming more and more popular – an interesting form of rock climbing that is performed on small rock formations or artificial rock walls, known as boulders such as the one in Mokošica.
In the future we can expect activities in the repair of natural rocks and re-drawing the new directions throughout the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, HPD Sniježnica members told us.
