Dubrovnik Airport looks set to break last year’s record in passengers. The first nine months of 2012 have seen 1,296,745 passengers pass through its doors, an 8.54 percent increase on figures the same time last year.
The total number of passengers through Dubrovnik in 2011 totalled 1,349,501 at year end and with still three months to go, that number could easily be passed in 2012.
September saw 231,418 passengers travel through Dubrovnik Airport, 12.37 percent more than in September 2011, with the busiest day for the Airport September 2nd with 12,907 passengers.
