Semolina and Tangerine Cake is a Must Try

You like to cook and explore new recipes, but you don’t have so much time on your side?Don’t worry, we got one excellent, yet simple cake recipe. Delicious and easy to make, it was written to you by famous culinary academician, mr. Božo Lučić.


– 1.5 glass cup semolina
– 1 glass cup sugar
– 1 liter of milk
– 4 eggs
– 2 vanilla sugar packs
– 1 cup tangerine juice
– 50 g margarine
– 2 dl whipped cream
– A pinch of grated rind from tangerines and lemon

Add semolina into the cold milk, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar packs. Mix it all with the whisk until it thickens and boils. Add margarine when the mixture is lukewarm. Mold the cream in the mold, then decorate it all with the whipped cream.

If you want, decorate the cake with grated biscuits or chocolate.

Cool down and serve cold.
