Mljet is an attractive destination where guests come back with extreme pleasure. A nice couple from Ljubljana named Karba celebrated 40 years of visiting Mljet Island they claim to be their second home.
For 40 years they have returned to Pomena for summer into the family of Zdravka Stražičić. The husband, Rihard Karba even came during the Homeland War by ferry from Rijeka.
The Tourist Board of Mljet Municipality has come up with a nice gesture for their faithful guests, the Karbas from Slovenia. They have given them the thank you card for their contribution to the development and improvement of Croatian tourism.
