The prestigious Italian travel magazine Bell’Europa in its issue of January 2017, tells the story of Dubrovnik and Saint Blaise, written by Gianna Testa, a journalist who was staying in Dubrovnik.
She was introduced to our greatest festivity via Dubrovnik Tourist Board’s ‘Welcome’ magazine, which published many stories about the Festivity of Saint Blaise in Dubrovnik, as well as many events in the ‘Year of Saint Blaise’, dedicated to our patron saint.
Last year, Dubrovnik was a generous host to a photographer Anna Serrano, Spanish girl with an Italian address, who, with her beautiful photographs, illustrated the text that tells the story of our Parac – St. Blaise, patron saint of Dubrovnik, as well as all thee details from Festa, Dubrovnik’s musketeers, doves, St. Blaise’s statues that are on every corner of Dubrovnik… But also introduced the opened Dubrovnik’s hotels and restaurants and typical dishes that are connected to Festa, UNESCO’s intangible heritage.
