Since the beginning of the winter flight schedule last year, Zagreb Airport has been the only Croatian airport with a direct connection to London. After almost 7 months, that will finally come to an end and by the end of this month many airlines will resume traffic on seasonal routes to other Croatian airports as well, including Dubrovnik Airport, Croatian Aviation reports.
From May 28, the British national airline, British Airways, will resume flights on its seasonal route between London (Heathrow) and Dubrovnik. Flights have been confirmed three times a week since that date, every Monday, Friday, and Sunday. Dubrovnik will be their first destination this summer season in the Republic of Croatia.
From June 30, the British EasyJet will resume traffic on the London (Gatwick) – Dubrovnik route. Initially, only one flight has been announced per week, on Sundays, but as early as June 7, they are to increase the number of weekly flights, every Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
