Sushi Cuisine In Cavtat

Visitors to Cavtat’s Galija Restaurant were in for a treat on Saturday afternoon with a special sushi cuisine workshop being held as part of the Third Ear Festival. The restaurant was packed with people eager to learn the techniques and etiquette of sushi taught by two chefs Duro and Niki Sulimanovic.

Dishes prepared used local ingredients such as octopus and squid to add a Mediterranean twist to the event. A performance by the Taiko drum group Wadaiko Tawamure added to the atmosphere whilst guests sampled the sushi and sake on offer.
