In addition to the clear spring days, the Tastes of Spring Week is approaching – a gastronomic event organized in cooperation with the Dubrovnik Tourist Board and Dubrovnik caterers during which you can enjoy rich, imaginative and delicious specialties prepared in Dubrovnik restaurants from the 17th to the 24th of April.
Dubrovnik chefs, inspired by fresh spring ingredients, have prepared interesting menus consisting of dishes with wild asparagus, radishes, spring onions, beans, lamb, shrimp…
Eighteen restaurants are participating in this gastronomic event: Restaurant Azur Dubrovnik, Restaurant Banje Beach, Tavern Blidinje, Tavern Carpaccio, Chihuahua Cantina Mexicana, Restaurant Gusta me, Hotel Kazbek, Taverna Loggia, Restaurant Eden, Restaurant Momenti Hotel Valamar Collection President, Restaurant Orsan, Rhea Silvia Wine & Tapas Bar, Tavern Rozario, Restaurant Sesame, Restaurant Stara Loza in Prijeko Palace, Bistro Tavulin and Taj Mahal in the Old City and Hotel Lero.
