The ‘Next Great Baker’, American television series from TLC, and their famous chef Buddy Valastro, are coming to Croatia!
This is the reason why many bakers from Croatia decided to apply on the competition for ‘the best Croatian cake’.
More than 50 bakers signed for the competition, and among ten best is ‘Konavoka’, cake from Konavle made by Dubravka Falkoni Matić and Kate Perović.
‘Konavoka’ depicts the traditional folklore costume from Konavle with its many vivid colors.
Chef Valastro is coming to Croatia on the 17th and 18th October to choose the best one, and we cheer for our ladies!
