Welcome to the 68th Dubrovnik Summer Festival!

68th Dubrovnik Summer Festival will be opened on Monday, 10 July in front of St Blaise’s Church. The Ceremony will mark the beginning of a 47 days long period.

During that period, more than 15 historical venues of the City will become a meeting place for nearly 2 000 artists from all over the world with international audience of approximately 60.000 spectators. The music and stage programme will include a premiere of Handel’s Orlando, featuring David Bates, Artistic Director,Janusz Sikora, Director, the Croatian Baroque Ensemble, and the soloists: Owen Willetts, Ivana Lazar, Renata Pokupić, Marija Kuhar Šoša and David Oštrek. Ballet lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy the most popular „white ballet“ of all times and a synonym of classical ballet art, Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, choreographed by the famous Vladimir Malakhov and produced by the Croatian National Theatre of Zagreb.
