Valamar Lacroma Hotel in Babin Kuk will play host to this years ‘Wine and Gastronomy Festival’ on March 7th-8th. The educative festival is organised by the City of Dubrovnik just in time for the start of the summer season and aims to provide those in the catering and hotel industry with the opportunity to familiarise themselves with local produce as well as new techniques ad innovations in hospitality.
Presentations from local wine and olive oil producers as well as workshops on agro-tourism and customer service will be held over the two days.
