One of the most respected global tourism organisations, World Travel Awards, has announced its list of nominees for the 2012 period and Dubrovnik hotels have received five nominations in various categories.
The eventual winners are voted for by travel agents, tour operators and the general public making the awards highly prestigious. Valamar Lacroma on Babin Kuk has been nominated together with Dubrovnik Palace Hotel and the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik for Croatia’s Leading Hotel award. Dubrovnik hotels make up half of the nominees in the category demonstrating the quality of Dubrovnik’s hotels and offer on a national level.
Dubrovnik Place Hotel is nominated across two other categories: Croatia’s Leading Spa Resort and Europe’s Leading Conference Hotel. If you’ve stayed at one of the hotel’s and would like to vote to show your support then simply visit the World Travel Awards website here by the 16th of June.
The winners will be announced at the European prize giving ceremony on the 31st of August in Antalya in Turkey.
