Two well known Dubrovnik bartenders – Mario Saulan and Leo Bautović, decided to complete the programme of this year’s Dubrovnik Winter Festival with a special designed cocktail map named ‘Christmas in the City’.
Both Saulan and Bautović are the national champions who represented our country and our city at various world championships, per example – Saulan in 2017 in Copenhagen and Bautović in 2018 in Tallinn.
This duo has been dealing with mixology for fifteen years, and are creators of cocktail maps at numerous Dubrovnik bars.
