Croatia Records 334 New COVID-19 Cases in the Last 24 Hours, 28 Being in Dubrovnik-Neretva County

There have been 344 new recorded COVID-19 cases in Croatia in the last 24 hours with 283 people remaining hospitalized.

In the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, 28 new COVID-19 positive cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours. Among the infected people are 12 men and 12 women from Dubrovnik, while 2 men from Ston and 1 man from Slivno have been epidemiological linked to previously known positive cases. A woman who does not permanently reside in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County has also been found COVID-19 positive.

Regarding to infected people from the City of Dubrovnik, some of them are being linked to the same wedding celebration, according to a statement from the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Civil Protection Headquarters.

Due to health problems in relation to coronavirus 20 people are currently being hospitalized in OB Dubrovnik, while 550 people remain in self-isolation.

The Civil Protection Headquarters of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County continues to encourage their citizens to obey by all prescribed measures by the Croatian Institute for public health and the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia.

Since February 25th there have been a total of 11.428 people infected with coronavirus in Croatia, with 2.703 remaining active.
