For the second time in a row, from the 20th to 26th of April Dubrovnik will host the Regional Wine Festival ‘Dubrovnik Festiwine’. The sponsor of this year’s festival is Croatian president Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic.
‘I want to encourage and support all those who dedicated their work to the promotion, development and improvement of winemaking in Dubrovnik – Neretva County.’, said Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic.
All guests who come to Dubrovnik during the wine week will be able to meet, try and buy the authentic variety of wines and special menus of Dubrovnik restaurants as well. The main event will be a wine exhibition which will take place in Klarisa Restaurant on 24 and 25 April.
Organizers of this ‘tasty’ event are Dubrovnik-Neretva County, the Regional Development Agency DUNEA and Dubrovnik partneR. The festival will gather regional winemakers who will have the opportunity to present their wines to numerous wine professionals and visitors. The success of winemakers will be assessed by international wine judging team.
