After nearly seven months of recovering, Dubrovnik’s town cafe (Gradska Kavana) opened its door. Adorned and in new attire it welcomed and received this year’s first guests.
The first phase of renovation which costed around 550 000 euros has been completed. However, the final look of the Dubrovniks city cafe will be complete around the new year.
By that time, the city cafe is going to be separated in two different stories – the upper floor will be decorated in the spirit of the sixties. The lower floor, which was opened few days ago, will be quite modern, open space, painted in white.
Locals and tourist enjoyed its charming ambiance, which made the cult cafe known in the first place.
