The great recognition has landed to Dubrovnik Airport! It secured the prize of special acknowledgment by the Airport Council International Europe for overall achievements in 2011. The prize was presented to the Airport Manager, Mr Roko Tolić, at the Annual Congress in Madrid.
Beside this extremely important award, the Airport received honourable mentions in the category of less than 5 million passengers, coming second to the best, London City Airport.
– It is an extremely significant recognition and prize for the Airport. The particular value lies in the fact that it has been given by the trade. It highly motivates us to make a step further and take the first place next time. We are proud and I would like to express my gratitude to all employees and management. Moreover, on May 12, Dubrovnik Airport received recognition from Dubrovnik-Neretva County for its extraordinary achievements in 2011.
