On Monday evening British actor Jeremy Irons enjoyed the old Dubrovnik nucleus. After tasting delicacies of Lokanda Peskarija Restaurant he spent a few moments with his fellow actors from the play ‘Oedipus the King’ performed in the Art School Park as part of Dubrovnik Summer Festival program.
Then he went to Stradun again where he enjoyed the company of Borna Raić and Emina Ganić, and other guests from Sarajevo Film Festival leisurely sitting on the stairs to the entrance of the Cathedral in a hot summer night.
Jeremy irons arrived to Dubrovnik on Sunday, immediately after the end of the Sarajevo Film Festival where he was a special guest who gave annual Katrin Cartlidge Foundation award to Syrian film makers Diana El Jeiroudi and Orwai Nyarabi.
Irons and other guests stay in Dubrovnik till July 17, and in the two days they are thoroughly using their stay in the very south of Croatia. They cruised around the Elaphiti Archipelago, enjoying the sun, sea, people and Mediterranean cuisine. Irons did not miss the concert of the famous RnB singer Estelle in Revelin.
