At 8 30 pm tonight the fourth Kinokus film and food festival will officially open on the main square in Ston.
This year’s edition titled ‘Seeds Of Freedom’ will open with the screening of Italian film ‘Slow Food Story’ about the 25 year long movement to protect traditional forms of agriculture and food production. In total 40 films will be screened during the festival, 8 workshops will be held as well as various lectures and cooking presentations.
Not to be missed also are the evening live music performances including the Funk You DJs and other popular local bands. Kinookus runs until Sunday 8th September and offers something for everyone. Be sure to check out the website for more in depth information here.
