The Marin Drzic Theatre was filled with the sound of beautiful dalmatian music on Thursday night thanks to the opening of Festa 2014. An impressive line up of fourteen vocal groups entertained the packed theatre, the concert being dedicated to Croatian singer Vinko Coce who passed away in 2013. Festa 2014 is an annual program of events in the run up to the feast day of St.Blaise, the patron saint of Dubrovnik. As such, the proceeds from the concert will be donated to the restoration of St.Blaise’s Church in Dubrovnik. To see what the concert was like, check out our photo gallery by Zvonimir Pandza below.
