With many flights per day during the summer season, Dubrovnik will be connected to Munich through the winter as well. The German air carrier Lufthansa continues to operate a weekly service each Saturday from the end of October till spring 2013.
The introduction of this new weekly flight is of great importance for Dubrovnik as Munich Airport is an important hub and is generally well connected to other cities.
The director of Dubrovnik Airport, Roko Tolić, suggested the possibility of additional flights over winter on this route, depending on interest and occupancy.
