Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte will open the Dubrovnik Summer Festival this year and excitement is growing. The production will bring together some of Europe’s biggest talents at the Art School’s park in a spectacular outdoor production of the classic. The cast and crew have been preparing hard for days now and as part of their plan to bring opera back to Dubrovnik they set up a surprise performance last night.
Cafe Cele on the Stradun was the chosen ‘stage’ with performers positioning themselves between tables of guests. The singers then set about their fantastic flash mob operatic performance quickly attracting a large crowd of onlookers. Take a look at the video below to see this wonderful taster.
