Splendid and Cheerful: Photos From the Premiere – ‘La Bottega del Caffè’

Translated and adapted by Frano Čale and directed by Vinko Brešan, famous Croatian movie director, phenomenal play ‘La bottega del caffè’ was premiered last night – but the story about the play was circling around the town for days!

This famous play is a homage to the one played first time in 1978., one of the most memorable plays in history of Dubrovnik Summer Festival. So it’s no wonder last night was very crowded, and the play delighted even the biggest critics.
