One of the best ways to win against the boring Sundays is some kind of outdoor practice. In this case, slacklining – the art of balance.
Slacklining can be described as walking or balancing along a suspended length of flat webbing that is tensioned between two anchors. It is similar to slack rope walking and tightrope walking but is tensioned significantly less than tightropes or tightwires in order to create a dynamic line which will stretch and bounce like a long and narrow trampoline.
Slackline practicing is exellent for your bones, muscles, but also for meditation, balance keeping, patience, calming… This squad we saw at the Gradac park in Dubrovnik today sure know how to have a good time – enjoy the video!
