Wanna Buy a Property in Dubrovnik?

This October, real estate prices have risen in all Croatia, but especially in Dubrovnik. Thus, compared to September, the prices for the square meter went up to 0.3 percent and comparing to the October 2015 and 2016 they are 5 percent higher.

According to Crozilla.com (the real estate magazine in Croatia) the average price per square meter of the property in Dubrovnik is now 3.757 Euros and this makes it the most expensive ‘square meter’ in Croatia.

Split, with an average price of 2.430 Euros per square meter is on second place. In Zagreb, the average price is 1.736 Euros. The increase in prices was recorded in Opatija and Rijeka, and the situation remained the same in Zadar, Šibenik and Umag.
