In Dubrovnik’s Old Town there are a few places to eat and drink that can be almost classed as cultural institutions and Gradska Kavana is most definitely one of them. The City’s coffee house has been the venue of choice for those who enjoy people watching while sipping their drink since 1895 and is currently undergoing a large refurbishment.
Owner Maro Hajdarhodžić has confirmed the coffee house will be closed until the New Year, ”Yes, we are closed until the New Year, restorations await us, a little refreshing of the interior… I hope that Dubrovnik locals and guests will like the changes.”
