Croatian cellist Ana Rucner presented the programme for the third annual ‘Ana In The City’ festival on Monday to members of the press.
The festival will open on the first day of summer, the 21st of June, with a dawn concert on Srd hill above the Old Town. The concert titled ‘Greeting Summer’ will be the second of its kind by Ana who delighted crowds with her sunrise performance last year as part of her festival.
The second concert ‘My five Minutes’ will see Ana joined by children from the local children’s home who will perform poetry music and dance pieces with the famous musician at Rector’s Palace.
A special surprise performance awaits for the festival closing with Ana revealing only that local folklore ensemble FA Lindo and male vocal group Klapa Subrenum will perform. If you’re in Dubrovnik during the festival be sure not to miss the chance to enjoy one of the unique concerts.
