This morning saw the foodies head to Luza in Dubrovnik’s Old Town for Festival of Wine.
Organised as part of the Festa 2014 program of events, under the slogan Good Wine – Good Festivities, the festival was supported by the Dubrovnik County Chamber of Commerce and Trades.
The festival was imagined as a continuation of the promotional activities aimed at increasing awareness of Wines of the Dubrovnik Rivieria. Visitors were invited to sample the offer and learn more about the wines from the local area.
Today also marks Bitter Orange Day and as such there were many delicious and intricately decorated cakes featuring the fruit on display.Take a look at our photo gallery to see the tasty treats on offer.
Money raised from the sale of the cakes and candied treats will go to local charities.
